This work was carried out in-house while our founder was a project manager on ERP and digital transformation projects in the textile industry; it is not an RTechOn client project.
Challenge
Weighing data was typed into the ERP by hand, causing mismatches between dispatch notes and the weighbridge.
Solution
We developed the weighbridge system and integrated it with CPM, linking weighing data to dispatch processes and merging shop-floor data with ERP transactions.

- Shop-floor data reaches the ERP without manual entry
