Connected Production System from Yarn to Shipment
Yarn, knitting, dyeing and finishing, quality, warehouse and shipping brought together in one digital workflow.
Enterprise Systems & ERP
We connect disconnected production steps into a single digital chain.
In textile manufacturing we turned a disconnected chain — from yarn and knitting to dyeing and finishing, quality control, finished-goods warehouse and shipping — into one connected digital operation. With the same approach we link orders, planning, recipes, work orders, barcode tracking, quality, stock and shipping through shared data.
You can see which stage an order is at, which operator worked on which machine for how long, and where scrap and rework happen — without walking the shop floor. Because every barcode scan is written to the same database, planning, quality and costing all see the same truth.
Our experience is concentrated in the textile production chain, and the same structure adapts to discrete and process manufacturers such as metal, plastics, food, packaging and furniture. See manufacturing and industrial solutions.
The number of production steps to digitize, barcode and shop-floor screen needs, how deep the ERP integration goes and the number of users. We usually recommend starting with one step and growing in phases.
Every step from order to shipment tracked on the same data.
Instant, error-free recording of every move on the shop floor.
Connecting color, recipe and batch processes to the system.
Recording defects, rework and additional operations.
We map how things work today, where the problems are and what success looks like.
We put deliverables, timeline and budget in writing before any work starts.
We work in milestones and collect your feedback at every step.
We validate with real data and train your users.
We keep improving the system based on what live use reveals.

FAQ
No. If you already have an ERP, we build the tracking screens and barcode records to work with its data. If you don’t, a standalone tracking application can be developed for your needs.
Either works. We design shop-floor screens for barcode scanners, touchscreens or tablets: few steps and large buttons.
Digitizing a single production step can take a few weeks; the full chain is completed in phases over a few months. We share the timeline in writing after the analysis.
The same data feeds management dashboards, automatic daily and weekly reports, and scrap and cost analysis per order.
