This work was carried out in-house while our founder was a project manager on ERP and digital transformation projects in the textile industry; it is not an RTechOn client project.
Challenge
Production data existed in the system but wasn’t visible in real time on the shop floor or to management.
Solution
We built local dashboards and LCD screen boards that make production data visible, along with reports tracking operators, durations and post-rework processes.

- Production status is monitored live on shop-floor screens
- Performance is reported by operator and duration

We defined the production indicators the shop floor and management wanted to see in real time.
