A 24/7 system that turns a video archive into brand-specific short videos, writes their captions, publishes them on schedule across multiple accounts, measures reach and suggests AI replies to comments.

Challenge
The manual work for each video — placing it in a template, cropping, writing a headline, editing the caption and posting from every account separately — took 15–20 minutes per video, so only a few pieces could go out per day. Which content performed on which account wasn’t tracked consistently either.
Solution
We automated the whole line from archive to publishing. The system finds the actual picture area with motion analysis and crops it, reads the headline with OCR, writes a caption variant per brand and renders it with the brand’s template. Finished content is placed on a calendar and posted automatically to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts when due. The control panel shows the next post, account performance, the production line, the schedule and incoming comments on a single page.

Solution process

Cropping
Static text bands are separated from the moving picture; the real picture area is found automatically with a confidence score.

Headline and caption
The headline is read from the frame with OCR; captions and hashtags are generated separately in each brand’s voice.

Branded render
The video is prepared in vertical format with the brand’s template, logo and headline; only upcoming posts are rendered in advance.

Scheduled publishing
Posts go out to the accounts in turn at the scheduled times; failed or partial jobs are retried automatically.

Reach and views are pulled and archived regularly; comments are collected and AI suggests replies.
Purpose
To automate every repetitive production and publishing task for a team running multiple social media accounts, so people only handle content selection, approvals and strategy.

- Next post: countdown, preview, status of each preparation step and target platforms.
- Accounts: recent reach and a trend chart for each account.
- Production line: how many items sit at each stage from archive to published; bottlenecks are visible at a glance.
- Publishing calendar: daily slots, how far ahead the plan is filled and how many days the pool will last.
- Same content, different accounts: reach of the same video compared at equal age (e.g. hour 24); clear outperformers are flagged.
- Comments: incoming comments in one list; AI suggests replies in the brand’s tone, and sending can require approval.
Infrastructure
The system runs 24/7 on a Linux server with scheduled jobs: publishing, pre-rendering and measurement are independent and the same job never starts twice. Videos are uploaded directly as files without being exposed at a public URL; access tokens are kept secret and official platform APIs are used.
